Move wide, not more

Why movement confidence is not the same as doing more.

In movement teaching, it is easy for support to become a message of more: more practice, more repetitions, more control, more correction.

MoveWide starts from a different place. The aim is not simply to move more. The aim is to open a wider movement story: more ways to watch, imagine, do what is available, pause, return, settle and choose what comes next.

Move wide, not more.

For Pilates teachers, this may be especially useful between sessions. A client may leave class with a clear experience, then meet uncertainty later. A lower-pressure prompt may help them reconnect with the movement story without turning home practice into another test.

Wider does not mean bigger. It means more available, more adaptable and more respectful of what the person can meet today.
